Placing your order
To place your order just browse our unique pet products that our pet family has found to be the best for your cat or dog. Add your selected items to the shopping cart, either continue shopping or choose to checkout. Once you're ready to checkout click the shopping cart in the upper right hand corner of our store. If your order is successful you will be redirected to the successful checkout page and receive an order confirmation via email.
Order Status & Tracking
To track your package please use the tracking number you received via email or on the order status page and click the link provided. Please allow 24 hours for your estimated delivery date and further information regarding your shipment to appear on the shipping service providers web site.
Payment Methods
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express credit cards. We do not store credit card numbers for your protection. All orders are processed via a Secure Server/SSL to secure your sensitive information.
Altering or Cancelling Orders Placed
If your order has not yet shipped, we would be happy to accommodate any changes. If your order has already entered the shipping process or has been placed with our designers, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Additionally international orders cannot be cancelled once they are placed.
Out of Stock Items
We strive to offer only items that are in stock and available. Should a product you ordered is out of stock you will be notified. Your order may be canceled if we're unable to fulfill your order.
Discount Coupon/Promo Codes
If you have a valid discount coupon/promo code, please pay attention to any exclusions and/or end dates. Please note that discount coupons and/or promo codes may only be used once per customer. To use your discount coupon/promo code you must enter the code during checkout in the discount box in the upper right hand corner and click apply. If valid, you will see the details of the offer on the checkout page and you're free to continue to checkout.
Sales Tax
Sales tax is charged to all orders being shipped to the state of California. The tax is calculated by the county that the package will be shipped to.
