Do I have to create an account to place an order on your website?
No, you don't have to create an account. All we need is a valid email or cell phone number. This is so we can keep you updated on when your order ships and any other correspondence pertaining to your order.
Should you choose to create an account, you will be able to view all your order history and edit or add new billing/shipping addresses.
Can I track my order?
All orders are shipped via USPS, FedEx, or UPS. Once your order ships, a tracking number will be emailed to the address you used to checkout. You can click on the link to track your order in your email or if you have an account with us you can also click on the tracking number in the order history for your order.
What are your shipping costs and do you offer free shipping?
Our shipping costs are $6.95 flat rate for all orders under $100. All orders over $100 ship for free. We do sell oversized items and if you live outside the 48 US states or in a "High Service" area, such as New York City, you will be contacted for those shipping costs after you place your order. Do you offer expedited shipping?
We don't offer expedited shipping on our website but if you do need something expedited you can contact us to see if that is possible for your order.
How long does it take for home delivery?
We use Royal mail and DHL to send most of our UK orders.Euro Car Parts reserves the right to use discretion in any circumstance where it makes more sense to use an alternative delivery method.
I haven’t received an order email confirmation?
Please be aware, an automated email is sent to the email address given when your order is placed. Please check all folders including your junk and/or spam folder. If you are unable to find the confirmation email, please contact us so that we may check the email address you used during checkout. You may do this using our Contact Us page or email us at info@yourpawsandmine.com.
Can I visit or pickup from a local store or location?
Your Paws and Mine is an online shop only and does not have a physical locations for pet parents to visit or pickup items.
Who pays for return postage?
If you are returning an unsuitable item for a refund we will refund the cost of the item only and not the original delivery cost.Should you be returning a faulty item for a refund we will refund both the original shipping costs and the return delivery costs.
Can you confirm you have received my return?
We aim to process returns within 5-7 working days of receiving them. You will be notified by email once the return is complete.We suggest you make a note of the shipping reference given when you sent the item back. This will allow you to track your parcel at every stage of delivery, including when we receive it.Should you have any queries about your return, please feel free to contact our Customer Service team via email
How long will it be before I get a refund?
Once we receive your item(s) back, our returns department will inspect and restock the goods. Once our returns department have done this, an automated refund is generated on our system. Your outstanding refund is then processed by our accounts department back to your original payment method. This process typically takes 5-7 working days. When returning your products please remember to include your original invoice, without this it may delay your refund.
